Maybe? Maybe not? But Creative Loafing's "Best of the Bay" Ballots Are Open And There's Only One Way We All Find Out.

For your consideration, vote Alex Auguste (MRVL WRLD) for Best Videographer in the 2025 Creative Loafing Best of the Bay Awards. Nominations have wrapped up and the ballots are set with voting being allowed once per day July 17th through August 20th.

Every year, Creative Loafing runs their Best of the Bay annual awards throughout the Summer, highlighting different categories of people, places, services, movers and shakers from throughout the Tampa Bay Area for the publication to designate said entities as the best.

Think of it as the same way that Michelin tires created their Michelin guide to help the growing community of drivers across the country find places to drive to and enjoy great meals.

The same holds for Tampa Bay. Tampa Bay has been recognized countless times as one of the fastest growing regions in the country.

Video work over the past 4 years has really been about telling stories - putting myself, communities I come from, individuals and businesses - on full display. With an opportunity to not only tell their stories, but for us to collectively control our narrative, videography's has completely reshaped my journey and my purpose. Being nominated is not only an honor, but a huge opportunity to scale that operation across a wider casted net.

Voting is open now through August 20, with the system allowing for 1 vote per day.
